Pitching Tents CLE LLC EVENT RENTAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RENTAL CONTRACT

Reserving Equipment: Quotes and proposals do not guarentee availability of rental equipment. Equipment and items will be reserved only upon receipt of a valid credit card, a signed rental contract, and 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit by credit card or 50% deposit for orders over $2,000.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paying the payment request for the rental items associated with the attached pricing constitutes agreement to these rental terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the entire terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions is an agreement between Pitching Tents CLE LLC and event host/client for items displayed on invoice and any other rentals stated in the notes area. This written terms and conditions sets forth the full, written intention of the host/client. Submitting this form/terms and condition consititutes agreement to this document. Secondly this form grants Pitching Tents CLE LLC to charge the clients credit card for any damages that may occur during the rental period.

Failure to return rentals by the specified date constitutes theft and will result in criminal charges. The renter will pay for any additional damages incurred to the rental equipment during the rental period or while in the renters possession.

All rentals payments are to be made 7 days or sooner to your event date or delivery/pickup date by credit card (we will charge this amount on the credit card on file with us)

The renter assumes all responsibility described above.

Upon delivery or pickup the renter agrees that all of the rentals are in satisfactory condition. If the client notices damage upon renting they must do so while our staff is still present for delivery or setup.

Delivery/Install Timeline

The dates agreed to at time of rental are for securing your requested tent in our system to assure we dont overbook. If unforseen problems may arise that cause set back timing of delivery or installation we will install tents in accordance to your event start timing schedule. We understand you may need to make adjustments to your start time and event schedule and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We will provide a tentative deilivery time the week prior to your event. Schedule adjustments may be made at the discretion of Pitching Tents CLE LLC. Our tent stakes go into the ground 35-46 inches deep. Therefore, we require a line locate and for you to let us know if there are any underground sprinklers or other obstacles where we will be installing our stakes.

Delivery Terms

Delivery fees are fluid and may change after site examination. Deliveries are only made to private properties or properties that do not require same day tear down. The client is expected to be there at time of delivery and to notify Pitching Tents LLC in advance of any obstacles associated with the delivery such as stairs, long walks that the truck can not make, etc. If delivery is deemed to be overly complicated or delayed an additional $150 fee will be charged. Orders are typically delivered 1-2 days prior to your event and disassembled 1-2 days following. Responsibility for equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of pickup.

Cleanup/Prep for pickup

All floral arrangements, trash, and decorations of any kind should be removed from tent before scheduled pickup time. Client assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred by the latter. All tables and chairs are expected to be stacked and collapsed at time of pickup.
